Women Leaders to Address Gender Gaps in AI at Open Atlas Summit 2025

Two influential women in tech are coming together to ignite a conversation at the Open Atlas Summit 2025 addressing a critical topic: the gender gap in artificial intelligence. The summit is organized by a team of high-skilled immigrants, including Nikin Tharan and Soundarya Balasubramani. 

Kirthiga Reddy, CEO of Verix, founding investment partner at SoftBank Vision Fund, and former Managing Director of Facebook India, will join Vidya Srinivasan, Senior Product Lead at Meta and former General Chair of the Grace Hopper Celebration, for a keynote fireside at the Open Atlas Summit 2025. Their session, titled “The Superpower of And: How Women Can Shape the Future of AI”, will take place on Day 2 of the summit and is already one of the most anticipated moments of the weekend.

The Open Atlas Summit, widely recognized as the largest career and immigration conference for high-skilled immigrants in the U.S., brings together 750+ attendees across tech, policy, and entrepreneurship. But this keynote isn't just about AI—it's about reclaiming space in it.

The conversation between Reddy and Srinivasan is expected to blend hard-hitting insight with personal storytelling—from Reddy’s journey as the first female partner at SoftBank to Srinivasan’s work building inclusive AI products at Meta.
