Amrapali group's CEO Ritik Sinha, director Nishant Mukul arrested over fraud charges

Amrapali builder's CEO Ritik Kumar Sinha, along with Director Nishant Mukul were arrested by Noida police on Monday over fraud charges.

Amrapali builder is one of the biggest building contractors of India with having big residential and commercial projects in Noida, Delhi and other cities of India.

The arrests came a day after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath hinted strict actions against builders for doing fraud.

Adityanath has said his govt is serious for on the issues of builders doing fraud with their consumers and they will no longer be able to flee after selling illegally constructed colonies.
