Are small screen smartphones making a comeback? Apple, Xiaomi pass hints

Only a few days have passed to news where it was revealed that Apple will be stepping back to history and launch a 4-inch screen smartphone. Now, we hear Xiaomi is also trying something similar as they are likely to come up with a smartphone sporting 4.3 inch display.

According to a rumour spreading like fire, Xiaomi is heading back to world of 2012 where 4-inch screen size was believed to be the apt size for the phone.

The Weibo leak says that Xiaomi will position the device as a competitor to the iPhone SE, which offers high-end internals in a small 4-inch package.

Xiaomi’s upcoming device is likely to come up with 720p display, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. It will be in direct competition with Apple iPhone SE.

A 13 Mega Pixel camera is likely to be imposed on the device with a finger print sensor. It is rumoured that the device will be priced for $275, which certainly is very reasonable for a device with such specifications.
