Book your OLA and Uber using Google Maps

oogle Map apps will now be allowing its users to book a cab. The search engine giant has introduced a dedicated tap in the latest version of on app-based cab services from Ola and Uber. The feature appear as a mobility option besides the iconic driving, public transport, or walking option.

Available across all the metros and tire one cities in India, users will be able to see the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of cabs and fares.

To utilise this function the drivers should have the apps from either Ola or Uber or both installed on their devices.

The users will also be chose from the various services both providers offer which will directly take them to the app.

On one hand, the feature will make it easy for users to compare routes and calculate the fares on each platform, and on the other the integration could lead to more bookings for cab aggregators.
