Datsun India on Wednesday rolled out the highly-anticipated new Datsun Go and Datsun Go+ for the evolving car lovers at introductory prices of Rs 3.29 lakh and Rs 3.83 lakh respectively, an official said.

Speaking at the launch event, Thomas Kuehl, president of Nissan India operations, said, “The new Datsun GO and Datsun GO+ is conceptualised for the new-age Indian consumer, the millennials who are mature, smart goers, family oriented with a progressive and evolved mindset. Powered by Japanese engineering, Datsun GO and GO+ are equipped with fabulous new features and upgrades for a more comfortable, safe and stylish driving experience.”

The deliveries of these stylish and bold Datsun Go and Datsun Go+, which come with an array of 28 features, including dual-front airbags, anti-lock braking system etc and over 100 unique upgrades, commenced from Wednesday from all Nissan and Datsun dealerships across the country, the official said.
“The new Datsun GO and Datsun GO+ are equipped with new features and upgrades for a more comfortable and safe driving experience,” said Kuehl.

The Japanese auto maker, Nissan had last week announced Bollywood star Aamir Khan as the brand ambassador for its Datsun brand in India for its new brand campaign #ExperienceChange.
According to reports, the new Datsun GO & GO+, which comes into 5 grades have been launched in two additional colours - Amber Orange and Sun stone brown respectively. Though the powertrains of Datsun car remain the same, packaging has been kicked up a notch, it said.
Both the models will come with a standard warranty of two years ‘Datsun Care’ comprehensive all-inclusive car service package that offers total peace of mind to car owners, the company said.
