New Delhi :
Search engine giant Google said it will be closing Picasa to shift its focus to the new Google Photos. It’s been a year the new photo service was launched.
The Google is mulling to focus on one product across mobile and desktop, rather than divide our efforts across two different products.
Users who have pictures or videos in Picasa online albums will be automatically available in people's Google Photos accounts.
However, users not wishing to shift to the new service will still be able to view, download or delete photos in Picasa albums, but won't be able updated and adding images.
