The price of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) has increased all across India. Oil Marketing Companies (OMC) have raised the rates of LPG for the third consecutive month. According to data on Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) website, the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 76.5. After the price increase, the price of 14.2 kg cylinder without subsidy in Delhi has gone up to Rs 681.50. In October, the price of 14.2 kg cylinder was Rs 605.
The price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has been increased by Rs 119. The price of 19kg gas cylinder in Delhi has gone up to Rs 1204. It was priced at Rs 1085 last month. The 5 kg small cylinders will now be available for Rs 264.50.
In Mumbai, the 14.2 kg LPG cylinder rate is Rs 651 per cylinder now. The price of non-subsidized domestic cylinders has gone up to Rs 706 in Kolkata. In Chennai, the price per cylinder is 695 rupees.
Talking about the 19 kg commercial cylinder, its price has increased to Rs 1258 in Kolkata, Rs 1151.50 in Mumbai and Rs 1319 in Chennai.
In Kolkata, the price of non-subsidized domestic cylinders has gone up to Rs 706. Domestic gas cylinders in Mumbai have been priced at Rs 651 per cylinder. In Chennai, the price per cylinder is 695 rupees. Talking about the commercial cylinder, its price has increased to Rs 1204 in Delhi, Rs 1258 in Kolkata, Rs 1151.50 in Mumbai, Rs 1319 in Chennai.
The new prices have become effective from 1 November.
