Moto M, which was launched in India on Wednesday, is now live and exclusively available via Flipkart. The smartphone comes in two variants — 32GB with 3GB of RAM for Rs 15,999, and the 64GB variant with 4GB of RAM for Rs 17,999. Currently, the device is available only in latte gold colour.
The Moto M is Motorola's first all-metal smartphone, and the key features include a fingerprint sensor and Dolby Atmos support. The Moto M features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass and 401ppi.
The smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio P15 64-bit octa-core processor paired with 3GB and 4GB RAM. There is also a microsSD card to further expand the storage up to 256GB.
It also sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash, and Phase Detection Auto-focus (PDAF) support. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel camera. Armed with 3,050mAh battery, which supports fast charging.
Flipkart has additionally listed some launch offers to make the purchase of the new smartphone very lucrative.
The e-commerce giant has enabled an exchange offer on the Moto M allowing buyers to swap their old phones for the Moto M, with the discount going up to a maximum of Rs 15,000. This exchange discount depends upon the type of phone exchanged. Also, is offering an additional Rs. 2,000 off over and above the regular exchange discount as well.
Early-bird consumers stand a chance to get Rs. 1,000 if they buy the device using Citibank credit/debit card. In addition to that, Flipkart waives Rs. 2,000 off in exchange for select devices and is also giving away Moto Pulse earphones for just Rs. 499, against MRP of Rs. 1,499.
