Video-streaming service Netflix is likely to be launched in India at the trade show CES 2016, scheduled to begin next week, reports say.
The popular on-demand streaming service had earlier announced its plan to arrive in Singapore and Hong Kong and two other Asian nations in early 2016.
The United States-based company has partnered with an Indian telecom operator for its India launch to leverage the latter's 4G networks, the Hindu Business Line has reported.
Netflix had over 69 million users as of October 2015. It offers content streaming in partnership with major TV networks and movie studios. It also produces shows like Orange is the New Black, House of Cards, Marvel's Jessica Jones, and Daredevil.
