Twitter briefly down worldwide, reason behind outage not clear yet

Twitter was down almost in many parts of the world for more than 10 minutes. Many users on Monday tweeted that the micro-blogging giant was down.

According to reports, the reason behind the outage is not clear yet. 

In October, Twitter was down for hours after Dyn DNS suffered a series of massive DDoS attacks.
