Rail Budget 2016 Highlights: Suresh Prabhu opens Pandora's box of hopes and expectations

Ending speculation, Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu unveiled his second Railway Budget today. Experts beleive that his budget will be a medium to pull out the railway ministry, which is currently swamped in a deep financial crisis.
