Ending speculation, Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu unveiled his second Railway Budget today. Experts beleive that his budget will be a medium to pull out the railway ministry, which is currently swamped in a deep financial crisis.
He is also likely to introduce cuts in crucial reserve funds and announce a move towards a common seniority for at least eight railway services. More trains announcement is also likely and improveme passenger services.
