Smart phone users will be able to access important information related with Sanganer airport here and can get their complaints addressed through a specially designed app QR-Core.
A person will have to scan a QR code visible at different places in the airport through his smart phone. Scanning of the code will take the user to the app which will provide two options one for feedback and the other for airport information.
General information, loss and found baggages, car parking, airport details, airlines information, special assistance, shopping and bank and city info will be available in the Airport Information section whereas the user can also submit his feedback or complaint through the feedback section.
"The first phase of the project will go as a dry run from July 8. Sanganer airport is the first airport in the country to have this facility," Nirmal Acharya, VP Retail Technologies, AGS Transact Technologies Ltd, which will operate the system, told reporters here.
"Puna airport will be the second airport where we are launching this system after Jaipur. In the second phase of the project, facility of Cab services and path finder will be added to the app," he said.
