The admission process for entrance to 150 academic programmes of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), for the 2016-17 session, is now open.
The application process is through online mode and the admission brochure for all medical, professional and technical programmes, application forms, common entrance test (CET) schedule and other related information was available on the varsity’s website ‘www.ipu.ac.in’, a varsity official said.
“The deadline for submitting applications for the postgraduate medical courses is March 1. For programmes which do not require candidates to appear for the CET, the last date to apply is May 17. For all other remaining programmes, the last date is March 29,” the official said.
The admission process for the PhD programme and BVoc programme of the university will be notified shortly.
For the BArch programme, the application process will start from June 1 and the last date for applying is July 4.
To maintain transparency, candidates will have to upload their thumb impression in the application form.
The university has also set up an admissions helpdesk for applicants. Candidates can dial 011-25302167 for any admission-related queries or send their questions to mailipuadmissionsonline@gmail.com.
