New Delhi:
The answer keys of the JEE Main 2016 examination have been uploaded on the official website jeemain.nic.in. The exam was held at more than 2000 centres across India and abroad. Around 12 lakh students had appeared for Paper – 1 and Paper – 2 off-line mode. The result of the exam is expected to be announced on April 27.
Candidates will get admission in NIT’s/IIIT’s/DTU/CFTI’s and other allied institutes on the basis of overall merit list. The merit list contains 60 per cent of JEE Main marks and 40 per cent of normalised Board marks.
JEE Advanced will be held on May 23 in which top 2 lakh candidates of JEE Main will be eligible to appear. The fight will be for the 10,000 seats in the prestigious IIT’s / ISM Dhanbad.
