Experience on SharePoint 2013 technologies is a must. Experience on SharePoint online and Office 365 is an added advantage.

Ability of designing, developing and deploying complex portals on small, medium and large SharePoint farms.

Designing and Coding of Complex and Very Complex custom SharePoint widgets

Experience of SharePoint Migrations like - Lotus Notes to SharePoint ... is an added advantage
