The shortlisting criteria differs from IIM to IIM and for more information you may refer to the admissions policies on their respective websites.

According to a report, security hack forced CAT 2015 results to be declared via SMS.

The incident happened in the first week of Jan when the website tweaked the source code on the log in page of iimcat.ac.in and a few candidates managed to see their results before the official announcement.

To correct the hack, the website was shut down for maintenance from January 3-4.
