Indore Building Collapse: Death toll rises to ten, rescue operations underway

Police said that at least ten persons are feared to have been trapped under the debris of the building which housed MS Hotel, a lodge-cum-eatery.

At least ten people were killed while two others injured after a three-story building near Sarvate Bus Stand in Indore collapsed around 10 PM on Saturday night.

"Early morning visuals from #Indore building collapse site, the incident has claimed 10 lives. #MadhyaPradesh," ANI reported.

A team of police and district officials were conducting rescue operation to find people trapped under the debris.

The reason for its sudden collapse is not clear and the police were investigating the matter.
