New Delhi:
A class 9 student of a Delhi school committed suicide after she failed in her examinations. The 15-year old student was found hanging in her house in Noida.
The girl was taken to Kailash Hospital in Noida where the doctors declared her dead. The teenager's parents have accused the teachers for deliberately failing her in two subjects and putting "too much pressure" on her.
The family alleged that the teachers harassed and molested her.
"She told me her SST teachers touched her inappropriately, I said since I'm also a teacher I can say they can't do it, might be a mistake but she said, I'm scared of them, no matter how well I write they'll fail me. Ultimately they failed her in SST. The school killed her", the teenager's father told ANI.
An FIR has been lodged against two male teachers for abetment of suicide under section 306 and 506 of the IPC.
