New Delhi:

After the rain, it’s high humidity in Delhi and the weatherman forecast more rains on Wednesday.

The maximum temperature in the national capital settled at 36.7 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average. The humidity oscillated between 85 and 58 per cent, a Meteorological (MeT) department official said.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 28.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal, the weatherman said, predicting overcast skies with the possibility of light to moderate rains for Wednesday.

“The maximum and minimum temperatures on Wednesday are likely to hover at 34 and 28 degrees Celsius respectively,” the weatherman said.

On Monday, the city recorded maximum temperature at 35.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 26.2 degrees Celsius.
