1 Dead as Lamborghini crashes with Eeco on Noida-Greater Noida expressway

A fatal crash took place on the Noida-Greater Noida expressway which took the life of 28-year-old Asad Malik. The tragic incident occured on Saturday afternoon when a Lamborghini smashed Malik's Eeco car which swerved to avoid a speeding Swift Dezire. The terrifying road accident was captured on the expressway's CCTV cameras.

According to the video footage, the Maruti Swift Dzire appeared to be overtaking the Lamborghini when it swerved to the left. It wasn't clear if the Dzire driver momentarily lost control but it scraped the Lamborghini. The Lamborghini tried to prevent a collision with the Dzire by deviating to its left lane and hit the Maruti Eeco.

The Maruti Eeco couldn't handle the crash and rolled over into the forested area.

The expressway has witnessed many accidents in the recent past and an illegal horse race too took place on the 23-Km long stretch. Sources within the Noida police say that the Swift Dezire was trying to race with the Lamborghini.

Mohsin, the driver of the Dzire, was apprehended from the spot and later arrested. According to sources, the Lamborghini has not been traced as of now because the driver fled from the spot immediately after the accident.
