In a shocking revelation in the Burari family death incident, where 11 members of the family were found dead in their house in North Delhi’s Burari area, and police probe now show the incidents that led to their deaths were planned few days ago, as per media reports.
Sources reveal that the whole incident was planned, but the post-mortem reports are still awaited for a clearer picture of the whole incident.
The family members were served dinner with strong sedatives in it following which they faced a blackout. One of the members hanged them after tying their hands and covering their face. Pratibha (60) was found dead with slit throat, as per the reports.
CCTV footage showed that no one forcefully entered the house. The family’s pet Labrador was shackled on the terrace of the house so that he does not make unnecessary noise, the reports stated.
"They bought sedatives and mixed it in the dinner which was served to the family," the police source said.
"Finger prints were collected from the dog's leash. Once the fingerprints are determined, we will find out who was one of the three cuplrits," the source said a leading media house.
A team of forensic professionals have found that the mouths of all the 11 members were covered so that they could not shout, should any one of them wake up, as per the reports.
The police sources stated they have found that three persons were ready to commit suicide but decided to kill the family as well. The sources also confirmed that the case would be transferred to the crime branch, as per the media reports.
According to the reports, the trio had wrote something on a piece of paper but left in incomplete.
Police have also found the mobile phones of the deceased and call recording are being collected to discover the sequence.
