A case was registered against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Okhla Amanatullah Khan at a Ghaziabad police station for allegedly inciting violence during the anti-Citizenship Amendment Act protest last week. The case was registered against him for sharing an offensive post against the CAA on the social media by a man from Ghaziabad.
