The Delhi government has launched a dedicated WhatsApp helpline number - 8800007722 - for people to enquire about coronavirus, food banks, shelters among others, said Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The helpline will act as central source information that will provide accurate and trustworthy updates on COVID-19. To use this free helpline number on WhatsApp, one needs to save the number on his smartphone and then simply send a message ‘Hi’ to get started.

Kejriwal also announced that the total number of COVID-19 positive cases in Delhi has risen to 384, including 259 who were evacuated from Nizamuddin Markaz.
