A four-storey building in National Capital's Laxmi Nagar collapsed in the wee hours of Sunday morning. All the residents escaped unhurt.
According to eyewitnesses, the building only housed four people in a room, rest of it was occupied by shops, which were closed at night.
The building collapsed at around 1:15 AM. Neighbours say MCD had been informed about the condition of the building in advance, but no action was taken in time.
Rescue operations are on.
