In another incident of an earthquake, tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR after a quake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale struck Uttar Pradesh's Kharkhauda of Meerut on Monday morning, as per the US Geological Survey. The minor earthquake struck KharKhauda at around 6.30 am on Monday. Tremors were felt in the national capital as well as in parts of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, as per reports. However, there are no reports of any property damage or loss of life so far.

The Kharkhauda quake comes less than a day after an earthquake of 3.8 hit Haryana's Jhajjar district on Sunday at around 4.37 pm as per the Indian Meteorological Department.
