Fake doctor arrested at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi

A 37-year-old man who was imposing as a senior doctor got arrested on Monday at Safdarjung Hospital.

The name of arrested man is Avinash Anand, who claimed to be an associate professor at AIIMS Trauma Center in the orthopaedics department and had forced resident doctors at Safdarjung to admit patients.

He had even pulled out a fake identity card and was found carrying forged stamps.

After arresting Anand police charged him under IPC section of 419 and 420.
