Gugan Singh was unhappy after BJP denied him ticket for the 2015 bypoll on the Bawana seat and fielding Ved Prakash.
The bypoll was necessitated after Ved Prakash, who had quit AAP after winning the seat, joined the BJP.
According to a BJP leader, Singh had tried to take up the matter to BJP's top leadership but he failed to impress.
