Two youths shot by cops WITHOUT REASON in Noida

Two youths were shot by the Police in Uttar Pradesh's Noida district Sector 122 on Saturday night.

Jitendra Yadav, one of the two youths was shot in the neck while his friend Sunil was shot in the leg.

Jitendra's family says he was shot in a fake encounter by the Police. “It was done for no reason,” said a family member claiming he was shot because of his caste.

Jitendra is currently admitted at Noida’s Fortis Hospital where his condition is said to be stable. Heavy security has been deployed outside the hospital.

Noida SSP Love Kumar says, “The youth is under treatment. Cannot say anything until investigation is done. Strict action will be taken against the inspector if he's found guilty.”
