The police recovered the stockpile of crude bombs ahead of the West Bengal panchayat polls, which are scheduled to be held in three phases in the first week of May.
The blast occurred amid BJP's allegations of large-scale poll violence by the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) in West Bengal.
