Rs 10 lakh 786 and free Haj journey for beheading Waseem Rizvi: AIFMC

Just two days after UP Shia Waqf Board chairperson Waseem Rizvi claimed to have received a threat call allegedly from underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s D Company on his recent remarks on madrasas, a Bareilly based organization has announced a bounty on his head.  

The bounty consists of Rs 10 lakh and 786 and a free Haj journey has been announced by All India Faizan-e-Madina Council (AIFMC) which is a Bareilly-based religious organization. 

AIFMC has alleged that Rizvi had painted Islam and Muslims in an evil light by branding madrassas as places which produce terrorists.  

Moeen Siddiqui Noori, the head of AIFMC said if Rizvi didn't take back his statement and apologise within two days the followers of his organisation would behead him.

"Wasim Rizvi has become a big threat as he wants to ruin the social fabric of the country," said Noori.
