Class 10th girl student becomes SHO for a day.

This is definitely a first time when a 10th class girl of Tagore Public School became a SHO of Civil Lines Police Station of a Sangam City.

After getting a charge of SHO, Saumya talked to all the officers about the duties, responsibilities, and hurdles of police and police stations. 

Saumya Dubey is a daughter of Mahesh Kumar and she got a chance to supervise civil lines police station as she bagged the first position in the school essay competition. The topic of the essay competition was" A Society without Police".

Under competition, a student will get a chance to hold the position of SHO for a day. The essay competition was organized by Police department at the auditorium of Reserve Police line on August 8.

In this competition, 25 students from different schools have participated. 

Apart from Saumya, Parimal Agarwal and Marindra Nath who bagged second and third positions respectively were sent to Khuldabad and Cantt police station to know more about working style of police stations.
