Uttar Pradesh: Teenage dalit girl allegedly raped in Banda

A teenage dalit girl was allegedly raped when she had gone to watch 'nautanki' (theatre) in her village in Nareni area, police said on Saturday.
According to the complaint by the victim's family, the 15-year-old girl was raped by Pappu last night.

The man has been detained, police said, adding that the girl has been sent for medical examination. An FIR has been registered in the matter, they added.
