Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar mourns loss of life in train accident

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday expressed grief over the train accident in which 35 people, mostly pilgrims, have died and scores of others injured in Bihar's Khagria district.
