A Delhi businessman was beaten to death by two youth including a juvenile with iron rods in national capital’s Kapashera village. The victim has been identified as Bhoj Narayan (48) who had gone to collect a loan of Rs 30,000 from them. After murdering, the accused called the police saying that a man had been beaten up by some people and they had taken him to a hospital. However, they didn’t give any details about the hospital or where the incident had occurred, the Times of India reported.
The police later found a trail of blood in a lane in Kapashera village. Hospital authorities in Dwarka later identified the accused as Nitin Yadav. The incident took place on March 21.
“Yadav is an unemployed graduate. He was picked up for questioning on Tuesday. The juvenile accused was apprehended later. He told police that they had beaten the businessman to death, which forced Yadav too to confess to the crime. Yadav has been sent to judicial custody,” Times of India quoted Deputy Commissioner of Police (southwest) Devender Arya as saying.
