New Delhi:
A police sub-inspector and a constable, who were part of a police team reportedly returning after conducting a raid, were killed when they were fired upon near Marhaura market in Bihar’s Saran district on Tuesday. One police personnel has been admitted to a hospital, according to news agency ANI. The victims are yet to be identified.
It is yet to be known how the entire incident took place and what led to the violence. ANI reported that the area has been cordoned off by the police.
