UP Board Exams 2020 To Commence From February 18, Drop In Student Registrations Amid Strict Guidelines

UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams 2020 are going to commence from February 18, 2020. According to the UP Board Exam 2020 Timetable released by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, the Class 10 board is going to start from February 18, 2020 and end on March 3, 2020 whereas the UP Board class 12 exam 2020 is going to be conducted from February 18, 2020 and end on March 6, 2020. The class 10 and class 12 exam 2020 will be conducted in 12 and 15 working days respectively.

UP Board Exams 2020 Registration Details

After the UP board has taken strict and tight measures in terms of security, and has set up voice recorders, CCTVs and other high-end monitoring systems in every exam centre across the state, there has been a massive in the number of student registration. The total number of student registration has decreased by around 2 lakh for the Board exam 2020 as compared to last year data. Meanwhile, the board is going to take support of STF Personnel during the exam.

According to the UP Board Secretary, the reason behind the decrease in the number of student registration is due to strict measures that is taken by the board, which will surely affect those students who appear for the exam in the hope to clear it through unfair means. Further, there is a decrease of 1,69,980 and 18,658 student registration at class 10 and class 12 levels respectively as compared to 2019 board exam 2020 data.

It is to note that the UP Board Exam 2020 will be conducted at 7,784 centres across the state. In addition, there also has been a massive dip in the number of exam centres after the start of Online centre allotment process. This will help the board to keep a vigil eye at every centre’s activity and hence conduct the UP Board Class 10 and class 12 exam 2020 is a proper, safe and fair way.
