CAT 2019 Registration Process is going to close today at 5 PM. All MBA aspirants who would like to make their career in the field of management should register today for the Common Admission Test before 5 PM. Interested and eligible candidates will have to visit the official website of CAT, i.e. iimcat.ac.in to register for the Management Entrance Exam. It is to note that this year IIM Kozhikode is the conducting body of CAT exam, and the CAT Exam 2019 is going to be conducted on November 24, 2019. There is no age limit or number of attempts to appear for the CAT exam.
Apart from this, the CAT score 2018 will not be valid and would not be accepted for admission to IIMs for the academic session 2020. Any candidate who wish to take admission to IIMs, he/she needs to appear for the CAT 2019 exam.
It is also to note that CAT 2019 examination will be conducted in two slots on November 24, 2019, which comprises the morning and evening slots. Around 2 lakh candidates appear for the CAT exam every year.
The CAT 2019 exam will comprise three sections of Verbal & Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. The total number of questions asked in the exam is 100 and the paper will be of 300 marks. The time allotted for the CAT 2019 Exam is 180 minutes, i.e. 60 minutes per section.
