CLAT 2020: Here’s a piece of important news for all the candidates who will be applying for Common Law Admission Test 2020 (CLAT 2020). It is to be noted that the registration and application process for CLAT 2020 will start from Wednesday (January 1, 2020). The candidates who are preparing for the law entrance examination can visit the official website i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in to check the CLAT 2020 schedule.

The candidates must note that they can apply for the Common Law Admission Test 2020 until March 31, 2020. As per the dates provided, the examination will be conducted on May 10, 2020. The Consortium of National Law Universities conducts CLAT for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes offered at the 22 participating National Law Universities across the country.

  1. The online application process will begin from January 1, 2020
  2. The last date to apply is March 31, 2020
  3. CLAT 2020 will be held on May 10, 2020
  4. The answer key will be out on May 11, 2020

Steps to register for CLAT 2020

  1. Firstly, visit the official website i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in
  2. Then click on the link - CLAT 2020
  3. Click on the registration link
  4. Register yourself
  5. Fill up the application form and pay the fee
  6. Click on the submit option

The details regarding the registration and application process for CLAT 2020 is provided on the official website of CLAT. Candidates appearing for the CLAT 2020 examination will be tested on the English language, Current affairs including general knowledge, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques.

The examination will have 200 multiple choice questions from the different sections mentioned. Each of the papers will consist of 40 or 50 mark questions along with negative marking as mentioned above.
