IIMC Admission 2019-20: All you need to know about courses, important dates and other details

The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi has begun the application process for IIMC Entrance Exam 2019. Candidates who wish to apply for the entrance exam can visit the official website iimc.nic.in. The application process will continue till May 12. The IIMC entrance will be held on May 25 and 26. It will be a national level entrance test.

25 May (9 am – 11 am): Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Urdu Journalism
26 May (9 am - 11 am): English, Hindi journalism
26 May (12 pm – 2 pm): Radio and TV journalism
26 May (3 pm – 5 pm): Advertising and PR

IIMC Admissions 2019: How to apply

Candidates can apply online for IIMC Admissions 2019-20 at the official website of IIMC i.e. iimc.nic.in. Here are the steps to apply for IIMC Entrance Exam 2019:

Step 1: Click on 'New registration'

Step 2: Fill in the required information and submit

Step 3: Upload your photo and signature

Step 4: Pay the application fee through online payment mode

Step 5: You will get a payment receipt

Step 6: After your registration is successfully submitted you will get a URN number which will be required for future
login

Application fee: The fees for entrance examination is Rs. 1,500 for each course for General category and Rs. 1,000 for OBC/SC/ST/PH/EWS category.

IIMC course fee:

Hindi Journalism: Rs 52,000 for first semester and Rs 43,500 for second semester

English Journalism: Rs 52,000 for first semester and Rs 43,500 for second semester

Advertising & PR: Rs 70,000 for first semester and Rs 61,500 for second semester

Radio & TV: Rs 70,000 for first semester and Rs 61,500 for second semester

Malayalam Journalism: Rs 32,000 for first semester and Rs 23,500 for second semester

Marathi Journalism: Rs 32,000 for first semester and Rs 23,500 for second semester

Urdu Journalism: Rs 32,000 for first semester and Rs 23,500 for second semester

Odia Journalism: Rs 32,000 for first semester and Rs 23,500 for second semester
