KEAM 2020 has been postponed as of now due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. The revised timetable for the Kerala Engineering/Pharmacy Entrance Examination 2020 will be released soon on the official website of Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala, i.e. cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates need to visit the official website for latest updates on KEAM 2020. Earlier, the KEAM 2020 was scheduled to be held on April 20 and April 21, 2020 in the state. However, in view of COVID-19, the governing body of KEAM has taken the decision to postpone the exam.
Earlier, the registration process for the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination was started on February 1, 2020 and the last date to register was February 29, 2020. Meanwhile, the KEAM Admit Card 2020 was scheduled to be released on April 10, 2020. However, as the KEAM 2020 is postponed as of now, the release of KEAM 2020 Admit Card is going to be delayed.
Meanwhile, KEAM is a state level entrance examination wherein candidates are shortlisted for admission to various programmes that includes engineering, medicine, architecture and pharmacy. As of now, the country is going the through the period of complete lockdown and everyone is advised to stay at home in order to combat the issue of COVID-19. All Board Exams including State School Exams are also postponed as of now to combat the issue of Coronavirus.
In addition, National Level entrance examinations such as UPSC IES exam, JEE Main Exam and NEET exam are also postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.
