After days of anticipation, the results for TISSNET 2019 has been declared by the Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) on Monday. The board has made the results available around 8 pm at its official website that is tiss.edu. Earlier, the TISSNET 2019 result was scheduled to be declared on February 4 but was later postponed to Monday, February 11, 2019. The TISS had conducted TISSNET, the prestigious national level entrance test on January 13. The examination is a gateway to various MA programmes at TISS's four campuses in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Guwahati, and Tuljapur.

Step 1: Go to the official website of TISS - tiss.edu

Step 2: Click on the TISSNET 2019 Result link

Step 3: Enter your login credentials - email id and password

Step 4: Click on 'Login' Button

Step 5: Results will be appeared on your screen

Step 6: Download your TISSNET 2019 results

Step 7: Take a print out of the same for future convenience.

TISSNET 2019 result mentions the minimum cut-off percentage required to take part in the next level of the selection process. The candidates who will be qualified in the exam will have to appear for a pre-interview test and a personal interview before the counselling process. While the entrance test carries a weight age of 40 per cent, the PIT and PI round too have a weight-age of 30 per cent each. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill in their application form for both the rounds within the time and should prove their eligibility to secure a seat in a MA programme under the TISS. The final results for TISSNET 2019 is expected to be declared on April 22, 2019.
