The Results for Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) 2018 have been declared by the Human Resources Development (HRD) ministry on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.
State HRD minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao has announced the results of the AP EAMCET 2018 in Vijayawada on Wednesday afternoon.
Around over 2.74 lakh students had applied for the examination. Out of the total aspirants, 1,38,000 candidates have cleared the same. The pass percentage stands at 72.28 per cent for engineering stream and 87.60 per cent for medicine.
Bhogi Suraj Krishna, who also secured AIR 1 in JEE Main 2018, topped the AP EAMCET this year.
The HRD has made the results available on its official website sche.ap.gov.in, according to reports.
In order to avoid heavy traffic students may also log into other websites such as www.sche.ap.gov.in/eamcet, www.vidyavision.com, www.manabadi.com, www.manabadi.co.in and www.schools9.com.

The EAMCET is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).It was a computer-based test and was held in two sessions – from 10 am to 1 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The qualifying percentage of marks for the AP EAMCET 2018 is 25 per cent of the maximum marks considered for ranking.
The examination serves as a pre-requisite for admissions into professional courses offered in government or private colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
The answer keys for the engineering and agriculture tests were released on April 25 and April 26 respectively.
