CBSE to announce results soon, no unnecessary delay will take place: Prakash Javedkar

After the Delhi High Court has made an order to CBSE regarding its marks policy a sense of fear and uncertainity began to raise in the air regarding an unexpected delay for the announcement of upcoming CBSE results.

There were also possibilities of the college admission process of the students being affected due to any consequent delay.

Giving a natural death to all those uncertainity HRD Minister Javadekar said on Thursday that, "The results will be on time, there will be no delay. CBSE will make the announcement soon. The students should not worry. Justice will be done to everyone".

According to HC it was unfair to students who had registered for the exam when the policy was still in place.

Latest media report suggests that at a high-level meeting chaired by the minister on Wednesday, it was decided that the Board will take legal opinion before deciding on its future course of action.

"Legal opinion was sought and it was decided that the board may challenge the order and results will be announced on basis of the decision", sources said.
