Delhi Board Class 9 and Class 11 Result 2020 are going to be released within 3 days of the lifting of the lockdown in the country. According to the latest details provided by Binay Bushan, Education Director of Delhi, the Class 9 and Class 11 Result 2020 will be released within three days after the lockdown period ends that is imposed right now due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. The Education Director said this during a live session that was held by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal along-with Deputy CM Manish Sisodia to address the queries of students and parents amid Coronavirus lockdown.
While answering the query of a student related to Delhi Class 9 and Class 11 Exams 2020 in the live session, the Education Director said that only two exams were left, and Delhi Board will the promotion policy of CBSE and will release the Class 9 and Class 11 Result 2020 within three days after the lockdown ends based on exams that were conducted already.
Delhi Board is going to follow the promotion policy of CBSE for promoting school students of Class 9 and Class 11. As most of the exams of these classes are already conducted, students of Class 9 and Class 11 will get promotion on the basis of their school-based assessments, performance in the exams that are already conducted and project works.
In the meantime, CBSE has taken the decision to promote all students of Class 1 to Class 8 to the next grade. Further, the board has decided to promote students of Class 9 and Class 11 on the basis of School-based assessments. The CBSE Class 10 Exam 2020 (North-East Delhi Centre only) and Class 12 Exam 2020 for the remaining 29 subjects will be conducted after the lockdown period gets over. CBSE has not released the revised timetable for the remaining Board Exams 2020 as of now.
