The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) announced the results of Bihar Board Class 10 on April 6, 2018. This year, more than 16 lakh students had appeared for the exams out of which 80.73 percent students managed to pass. In case, the students are not satisfied with their results, they can apply for scrutiny of their answer sheets. The final result for these students will be released later.
The Bihar Board class 10 results are available on the official websites of the board - bsebresults.com, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, biharboard.ac.in, bsebinteredu.in. To fill in the scrutiny application forms, candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Visit the official websites - biharboard.ac.in or bsebinteredu.in
Step 2: Click on the link for the scrutiny application forms
Step 3: Enter the roll number, roll code, and mobile number
Step 4: Enter all the details in the allotted fields and submit the same
Step 5: Pay the application fee and complete the application process by clicking on submit
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 120. This year, around 13.2 lakh students (13,20,036) students clear the Bihar board class 10 examination. A total of 6,83,990 boys cleared the exam, while 6,36,046 girls became successful.
Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya’s Sawan Raj Bharti topped the examination with 486 marks followed by Rounit Raj (483), Priyanshu Raj (481), Adarsh Ranjan (480), Aditya Roy (480). Notable, all the top five students belong to the same school.
About Bihar Board
As the name suggests, the BSEB manages and conducts the annual board exams for matriculation and intermediate level school students. The Board Exams for class 10 and class 12 students are generally conducted in the month of February and March. Apart from this, the BSEB also conducts other centralized exams like Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Training Examination on such terms and condition as laid down by the State Government.
