Bihar Board BSEB Class 10th Compartment Result 2019 to be declared today

New Delhi:

Two days after declaring results of Class 12 compartment exams, Bihar School Education Board has announced the result of class 10 compartment examination today. 

The BSEB compartment examination for Class 10 was held for the 20 per cent students who could not clear the Board examination. Bihar Board Class 10 results were declared on April 06 where nearly 13.2 lakh students (13,20,036) students cleared the matric examination this year, scoring a pass percentage of 80.73 per cent. A total of 6,83,990 boys cleared the exam, while 6,36,046 girls became successful. 

The compartmental examination was conducted for these students in the month of April, the results of which will be announced today. The Baord has earlier asked candidates not satisfied with their marks to apply for scrutiny.

State Education Minister Krishan Nandan Prasad Verma has announced the BSEB 10th Compartmental Result. Students can check the BSEB matric exam results by visiting the official websites — bsebssresult.com, biharboard.online and biharboardonline.gov.in.

Step 1: Visit the official websites, bsebssresult.com, biharboard.online and biharboardonline.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the ‘Result’ link

Step 3: Enter registration number, roll number

Step 4: Results will be appeared on the screen

Step 5: Download it, and take a print out for further reference.

As per the evaluation norms of Bihar Board, if a student has obtained 75 per cent marks in aggregate but has failed in one subject only by not more then 10 per cent marks and cannot be allowed to pass under any other regulation, will be declared to have passed. If the student fails in one subject only by not more than 8 per cent marks or in two subjects by not more than 4 per cent marks in each, he/she will be given the marks he/she is short of.

The Bihar School Examination Board is popularly known by its acronym i.e. BSEB. The BSEB is the primary agency entrusted with the task of holding and conducting Board examinations at secondary and higher secondary school levels. As per the general trend, the Board conducts the annual matric exam for Class 10 students and the intermediate exam for Class 12 students in the months of February and March. In addition to the annual Board exams, the BSEB also conducts the Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Training Examination as per government norms.
