The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the result of class 10 and class 12 earlier this year. According to a board official, the CBSE Board Result 2019 is expected to be declared by May 10, 2019. Students can check and download the score by visiting the official website of the board i.e. cbse.nic.in.
As per the CBSE official, the board is trying to complete the evaluation of the answer sheets by April 20, 2019, so that the results can be announced by May 10, 2019. However, there is no official confiormation on the same. The board official was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times, ''The board took the decision of announcing results by May 10 this year, following an order from the Delhi High Court. We want to make sure that by the time students take admission in colleges in June or if students change schools then they should have the final documents including the mark sheet and examination certificate.''

This year, around 31,14,831 have registered for the board exams of class 10 and 12. Out of the total registered students, 18,190,77 are boys and 12,95,754 are girls. Also, 28 transgender students have applied for the CBSE board exams in 2019. The CBSE Class 10 exams began from February 21, while Class 12 exams began from February 15.
