CTET Result 2019 date: The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will soon declare the result for CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) 2019 exam, which was conducted on July 7, 2019 (Sunday). According to the official notification, the test result is usually declared within six weeks after the examination, so the CTET 2019 result should be announced on or before August 18, 2019.

What are the CTET Qualifying Marks?

In order to qualify CBSE CTET examination, a candidate needs to secure at least 60% marks out of 150 marks which comes to 90. For reserved category candidates such as SC/ST, the cut off marks should be 55% which comes to 82 marks out of 150.The Central Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted in two parts i.e. paper I and Paper II. Both of these exams are conducted for two and a half hours. Candidates get one mark for each correct answer and it doesn't have negative marking. 

The scorecard of CTET will contain total marks obtained by candidate in aggregate also marks secured in each subject.

Where and How to check CTET Result 2019:

All the candidates who appeared in this examination can see their scorecard on the official website of CBSE CTET which is ctet.nic.in. No candidate will get any personal notification about the announcement of the result. Applicants will have to download their e-certificates the web portal. It is to note that the certificates will be available to the candidates who have passed the CTET exam.

Steps to check CTET 2019 Result:

  1. Visit the official website of CBSE CTET - ctet.nic.in.
  2. Navigate the curser on the result button & click on it.
  3. Enter your roll number and required details to check your scorecard.
  4. Take a print of your result or download pdf file.

Candidates who qualify this exam will be eligible to join primary and upper primary schools as teachers. This year 20,84,174 candidates had applied for CTET exam 2019. The test was conducted in 20 languages at 104 centres across India.
