Eat healthy food

In the final hours of revision time, eat as much healthy food as you can. Avoid the junk food and focus on your health. Pick out some separate, free time and just focus on the food that you eat. Try to follow a healthy diet in the last crucial hours which will help your mind get fit and healthy.

No study-time

Now, in the crucial moments, it is not the time to study things. It is the time to revise whatever you have studied in the past one year. Spare at least 2-3 hours in the day to listen to some soulful music or go out and play a sport. This will refresh your mind, as well as keep you fit. Do not sit for late night studies. Sleep is very important in these hours.

Stay positive
