The two-tier registration procedure for AIIMS MBBS 2019 entrance examination will commence from November 30. From the current year, the online registration process will be filed in two phases, basic and final process. AIIMS exam is one of the biggest examinations of the country with more than 200,000 aspirants taking it every year. The examination is conducted by NEET centrally and the students who have appeared/passed in the 12th examination (10 + 2) or its equivalent with the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology can apply for the examination. The students should have scored a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate in their class 12th Board exam and 50 per cent aggregate for reserved category candidates.
The 2019 AIIMS MBBS will be held on May 25 and May 26 and conducted in cities including New Delhi, Bathinda, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Deogarh, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Kalyani, Mangalagiri, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rae Bareli, Rishikesh and Telangana.
The basic registration will begin from January 3, 2019 and the final formalities of the process will continue till March, 2019.
After completing the basic registration process, if NEET finds out any mistake in the application form, the candidates will be given adequate time to make the required changes.
Thereafter AIIMS will release the candidature of the applicants who can proceed for the final registration process, which will continue till March next year.
AIIMS MBBS 2019 entrance exam will take place in shifts, morning session 9 am to 12:30 pm and evening session – 3 pm to 6:30 pm.
